Our Story
Sean Boyd – Director, Clay
Tim Manson
From network cooking & travel show to Reality Tv Tim has covered it all, he has forged a career as a creative DoP and right hand man to some of the best in the business. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and his entusiasim is something to admire.
With over 25 years of experience in the creative and training industry, he began his career during a time when becoming a camera operator meant years of hands-on training.
​Sean has built a career as a Director of Photography, working with global organisations such as FIFA, HBS, IMG, UEFA, the Premier League, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Bain & Company. Along the way, one lesson stuck with him, great camera work is 60% lighting and 40% everything else— It’s a balance he's carried throughout his career.
Today, as Director of Clay, he's passionate about giving back—collaborating with talented professionals like, Jess Campanaro, Tim Manson, Seamus Cloonan and Oscar Vieira to equip videographers and companies with the knowledge, tips, and tools to elevate their video production to the highest level.
Jess Campanaro
Jess brings together decades of experience as a radio journalist and
educator, underpinned by a lifelong passion for connection,
communication and storytelling.

10 years behind the mic at Sydney’s powerhouse radio station 2GB, Jess
spent another decade shaping the next generation of talent at the
Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), and working closely
with corporate clients elevate their communication skills.
As a media, communications and presentation specialist, Jess empowers
individuals to find their voice and own their message. She has a gift for
helping people uncover their unique hook, sharpen their story, and deliver
it with clarity, confidence and consistency.

Seamus Cloonan
Seamus is a multi-award winning creative whose work draws upon video editing, copywriting, directing and sound design.
He's previously worked across multiple brands at Foxtel and has now been at SBS for 10 years, working across the World Movies brand alongside many of their premium drama launches as well as the 2022 Football World Cup.
In this discussion he'll discuss a roadmap of choices that shape the construction of storytelling in film & they types of decisions you need to make to create a convincing narrative and .....
